Madina Shaik

CEO/ FOUNDER

Madina Shaik is a tech expert, Real Estate Investor, and chief innovator behind CompQsoft. He brings expertise from 30 years of consulting on system integration, implementation, requirements analysis, and more.

After finishing his Master’s degree in 1991, Madina applied his expertise to help organizations use technology to better deliver on their business objectives. This is the main challenge he wanted to take on for ComQsoft: To upgrade organizations for the Year 2000 challenge by implementing ERP solutions like SAP and IBM. In the course of growing CompQsoft, Madina amassed skills in information technology areas and related disciplines. Under his leadership, CompQsoft has established multiple, long-term partnerships with leading Federal government contractors. In addition, CompQsoft also count the US Army, US Air Force, US Navy, GSA, and the State of TX as its partners.

Sachin Narula

CFO

Sachin has 18 years of experience in building financial strategies and managing projects, 12 years of which was directed towards growing CompQsoft. He oversees financial operations which include Cost Management and financials statements. Beyond meeting revenue goals and ensuring stable cash flow, Sachin provides insights on improving profitability and maximizing returns on projects. He establishes financial control and processes that push for growth with accurate, timely insights. This CFO’s record is only outdone by his 19-year partnership with his wife. He considers her and their two lovely children as his biggest blessings in life. Sachin holds a Master’s Degree in finance, is a great conversationalist, and is a friendly soul towards everyone.

Thomas Decot

COO

Thomas is a seasoned operations executive with proven expertise in executing and building businesses across the Defense and Intelligence communities including the Navy, Air Force, Army, DISA, DLA, DFAS, COCOMs, and DIA. He is known as a “go-to” professional for must-fix/turnaround and realignment situations. A trained engineer, Thomas possesses solid technology acumen sharpened by increasingly complex engineering endeavors. He consistently creates a vision for growth by aligning strategy and business models to organizational goals and, in the process, increasing CompQSoft’ stop and bottom-line growth.

Qamer Baber

Director of Information Technology

Qamer is a seasoned IT professional with experience encompassing over 15 years of servicing both the commercial and federal sectors. He has led teams of various sizes and applies his expertise in his current role where he heads the development, implementation, and maintenance of operational standards and procedures. Qamer and his team are responsible for supporting all systems across CompQsoft. Qamer enjoys spending his downtime with his family on outdoor excursions and traveling to new destinations. He also enjoys reading and swimming on his free time.

Christen Carrier

Director of Human Resources

Christen brings over fourteen years of industry experience in large and small markets. She joined CompQsoft in the fall of 2021 and leads the total human capital lifecycle, including talent acquisition, human resources, employee engagement, change management, and strategic planning. Christen specialized in Business Management at Liberty University. She currently lives in a log home along Shenandoah River in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia with her husband and two children. She enjoys it so much that she says, “it feels like having a year-round vacation!”

Matthew Martin

Director of Contracts/ Subcontracts

Matthew started his career in Government Contracting as a Contracting Officer / Contracting Specialist for the National Security Agency. When he left government service and moved to the private sector, he continued working as a Contract Manager, Subcontract Manager, or sometimes both (Contract and Subcontract Manager) within the DOD and Intelligence Community for multiple companies. Beyond this, he has also done acquisition consulting and training for the FBI for about three years and worked in supply chain management as a Subcontract Manager supporting the production of self-propelled howitzers, Bradley’s, AMPVs, and recovery vehicles. Before specializing in contracts and subcontracts, Matthew worked in finance as an equity analyst for Bank of America and a derivative desk for Credit Suisse First Boston. He pivoted careers after receiving his MBA.
