WORK DESCRIPTION
Our team maintains, configures, and supports the 8,000-line enterprise telephone switch in a major medical facility, including external campus buildings and remote switch nodes. We are responsible for the administration, programming, maintenance, and support of the main telephone switch. Our team’s tasks include troubleshooting and integration. Our personnel installs and maintains the switching, data communications, and peripheral equipment associated with the switch.
