Helpdesk Specialist (Junior)
Location: Elizabeth City, NC(Onsite Work)
Duration: Fulltime with CompQsoft
Our Customer: United States Coast Guard(USCG)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provides Phone and in-person support to users in the areas of e-mail, directories, standard windows desktop applications, and other applications.
- May Serve as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting network applications, and hardware/software PC and printer problems.
- Account Management: To include creation, removal, and modification of user accounts.
Skills:
- The Candidate must possess the minimum Education / Qualifications:
- Two (2) years of experience to include knowledge of PC operating systems, e.g., DOS, Windows, as well as networking.
- Experience in Remedy Ticketing System
- Candidate must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Candidate must possess strong oral communication and written comprehension capabilities.
