Hello,

I’m Tom Decot, and I am the COO for CompQsoft. I’ve been with CompQsoft since 2018. My
experience spans all business sizes and successful engagements across the spectrum of our Federal IT
customer base – Defense, Fed/Civ, and Intell.

CompQsoft has been in business for 25+ years. As a company, we have grown from a pure consulting
organization to a professional service provider, and now as a successful prime contractor. We have
grown from a small business to now being a large business with an approximate 40+% CAGR over the
last four years. We have 300+ personnel and 150+ teammates. We believe in partnering to provide our
customers with the most qualified personnel and teams to achieve their mission. Our core competencies
include: Information Assurance (IA)/Cybersecurity, Application Development, Unified Communications
and Network Management/Engineering.

Our portfolio represents substantial mission critical programs within the Federal IT space. Our
personnel:
a. Provide Unified Communication services within the DoD. We ensure unencumbered
communications with our nation’s leadership. During COVID, we transitioned from 7k
communication actions per month to over 70k per month. Our efforts allowed our nation’s
military to continue to communicate and coordinate actions across the globe.
b. Support Service Member and Family Health and Welfare Initiatives through the Defense
Commissary Agency. We ensure IT services at 240+ global locations are fully operational in
support of our warfighters.
c. Ensure Asset and Logistics Management for the USCG and Navy. We provide End-to-End (E2E) IT
Services Management (ITSM) for multiple asset logistics management systems. This support is
perhaps most important for:
a. The USCG – we sustain and maintain the totality of the USCG’s Aviation Logistics
Systems. This ensures the defense of our nation’s homeland.
b. The Navy – we sustain and maintain the tools and systems required to ensure the
readiness of our submarine fleet.

d. Research and development Next Generation networking solutions. For our nation’s premier
computer and communications organization – DISA – we develop and implement the NG
solutions to ensure a robust, sustainable, and viable networking environment across both
terrestrial and space based communication assets.

While we provide E2E ITSM throughout our portfolio, we are also engaged with providing Information
Assurance (IA)/Cybersecurity services. We ensure our customer systems are properly patched and
updated and ensure proper audit and control functions are applied.
